Powell Family: Field Trip to the Great Southwest

For this photoshoot, I got to take these Midwesterners on a field trip of our beautiful desert landscape. The Powell family is from just outside Chicago, but they were recently visiting family here in the Valley. They wanted to take advantage of the new scenery and get some family pics.

Their request: Sahuaros!

So we headed out to McDowell Sonoran Preserve (no jackets needed) to get this family exactly what they wanted.
